Who is Par-City? Par-City is a well-respected rap group native to the Bronx, New York. Group members Willy Dope, Anti and GiF collectively bring hip-hop back to its birthplace.
The groups name is derived from taking the word “Rap” and “flippin” it backwards to their own, “Par.” Having multiple technical abilities, they have all used their individual strengths to write, record, mix, and self-promote their work over the past couple of years.
Though they are far from what we know as gangster rappers, their blend of different personalities can be compared to a blend of Jay-Z, Kanye West and Rick Ross – when you hear one’s vocals, you eagerly wait to hear the contrast of the others.
