The ever controversial Queens native and business mogul, 50 cent spoke to MTV about the signing of his newest G-Unit artist Kid Kidd .The New Orleans resident recorded the title track to 50cent’s soon to be released album. The former Young Money artist, Kidd Kidd also got shot in New Orleans 6 times over a attempted robbery recently. Kidd Kidd displayed his “stomach bag” to the MTV cameras. 50cent says in regards to Kidd’s incident “If anything I relate to the violence”. 50 also noted that the song “Outlaw” is not the official first single.
When asked about the original G Unit members 50 said “Banks project was the beginning of them flying solo, flying without my assistance”. In the past 50 was featured on their projects to bring light to his artist to help with marketing and sales.
50 also laughed while saying “DefJam is not in a good space, there like 80 million in the hole. Don’t tell them I told you”
Frank Oceans “Novocain” record and the Big Sean single “My Last” feat Chris Brown are some of the records he is currently feeling.
Mr. Vitamin water also said “Kelly Rowland is the most underrated female soloist in the game”. 50 went on to say “there wasn’t no dance moves Beyonce wasn’t doing Kelly wasn’t doing”. “This year is her year”.
